Bahan Tofu Enoki Egg

  5. Dibutuhkan 2 siung of bawang putih.
  6. Gunakan 3 pcs of cabai merah.
  7. Diperlukan 2 pcs of cabai setan.
  8. Gunakan 2 sdm of kecap manis.
  9. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm of kecap saori.
  10. Siapkan 1/2 sdm of kecap asin.

Langkah-langkah memasak Tofu Enoki Egg

  6. Masukkan tofu yg sudah digoreng dan jamur enoki nya. tumis sebentar lalu masukkan kecap kecapan, tambah air sedikit biar ada kuah nya (aku gak pake air).
  7. Dan aku sendiri gak pakai penyedap, garam atau gula. karna menurutku udh pas rasa nya.
  8. Terakhir bisa masukkan daun bawang saat ditumis atau setelah ditumis. kalo aku saat ditumis sebelum mematikan kompor.
  9. Dan jadilah tumisan tofu enoki egg. mungkin penampilannya kurang oke tapi enak aja menurut aku 😂.
