Goong means "shrimp" in Thai, as the soup is usually made with shrimp. You can also make it with seafood such as squid or a combination of different seafood.

Langkah-langkah membuat Tomyum Homemade

  1. Buat dulu kuah kaldu nya. Kalau yang tidak suka bau amis udang ada opsi lain. Udangnya di tumis dengan bumbu halus hingga matang..
  2. Siapkan bumbu halus. Kemudian blender..
  3. Gongso atau tumis bumbu sampai berubah warna menjadi merah. Masukkan serai, daun jeruk,laos, daun salam dan udang yang sudah di rebus tadi. Tips kuah nya enak bumbu nya harus benar2 matang ya,tp jgn sampai gosong..
  4. Setelah itu masukkan air rebusan kaldu dan tambahkan cuka, air jeruk nipis, dan bumbui sesuai selera. Setelah kuah mendidih masukkan isian suki sesuai selera. Dan tahap terakhir ramukkan bawang putih goreng. Taburi diatas suki. Siap dihidangkan deh! Selamat mencoba ^^.
