  8. Gunakan 6 sdm of Madu, skip.
  9. Sediakan 6 siung of bawang putih.
  10. Gunakan 1 ruas of jahe.

  12. Diperlukan 1 buah of pear/apel, skip.
  13. Sediakan 4 buah of jamur shitake kering, skip.
  14. Sediakan of Dry kelp (rumput laut kering) skip.
  15. Sediakan 1 sdm of tepung beras dicairkan dgn 10 sdm air.
  16. Gunakan 250 gr of garam laut kasar (untuk melayukan).

Langkah-langkah membuat Kimchi

  6. Rebus cabe merah, angkat dan tiriskan, lalu haluskan bersama bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan pear/apel dengan blender. Campurkan pula pengental dan bumbu lainya hingga rata..
  7. Oleskan bumbu pada sawi helai per helai secara merata. Masukan pula wortel dan lobak lalu letakan diwadah, tutup sisakan lubang udara dan biarkan selama 1 hari di dalam suhu ruangan..
  8. Setelah 1 hr cek rasa jika asam dirasa sudah cukup masukan dalam toples kaca dan simpan dalam kulkas (cek rasa jika ada yg msh krg) jika belum cukup asam teruskan dulu fermentasi 1 hari lagi atau sesuai selera (rasa akan semakin asam) Dan Kimchi dengan kearifan lokal siap disajikan sebagai side dish.
