Bahan Omurice

  1. Siapkan 300 gr of daging cincang (saya pakai daging ayam cincang).
  2. Diperlukan 1 buah of wortel ukuran sedang potong kotak kecil.
  3. Dibutuhkan 1 batang of daun bawang iris halus.
  4. Siapkan 1/2 of bawang bombay ukuran sedang saja, potong kotak kecil.
  5. Diperlukan 2 siung of bawang putih geprek cincang halus.
  6. Diperlukan 1 sdm of kecap soya.
  7. Siapkan 2 sdm of minyak goreng untuk menumis.
  8. Siapkan 1 1/2 sdt of saus tomat.
  9. Diperlukan secukupnya of Garam dan merica.
  10. Gunakan 1/4 sdt of penyedap (optional).
  11. Dibutuhkan 4 butir of telur, kocok.
  12. Diperlukan Sedikit of kaldu jamur dan sedikit bawang putih bubuk.
  13. Siapkan 2 piring of nasi putih dingin.

Cara membuat Omurice

  1. Panaskan wajan, tuang minyak..
  2. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, daun bawang, wortel dan daging cincang sekaligus..
  3. Aduk aduk, pastikan semua bahan matang merata..
  4. Tambahkan kecap soya, garam merica dan penyedap untuk rasa, aduk2.
  5. Masukkan nasi putih lalu aduk sampai betul betul tercampur rata, test rasa dulu..
  6. Setelah semua bahan tercampur rata, tambahkan saus tomat, aduk rata..
  7. Setelah matang, sisihkan..
  8. Pecahkan telur, masukan kaldu jamur dan bawang putih bubuk. Kocok telur.
  9. Panaskan wajan dg diameter sekitar 16cm, dadar telur dengan api sedang saja..
  10. Setelah telur mulai terlihat 3/4 matang, ambil nasi, tata diatas telur, kemudian pelan pelan tutup telur..
  11. Ambil piring saji, letakkan telur isi nasi pelan2 ke piring saji.
  12. Sajikan Omurice bersama kimchi, atau acar segar seperti saya. Atau dimakan begitu saja selagi hangat..
  13. Tips: pas masak nasi goreng, besarkan apinya dulu sebelum diangkat. Supaya lebih harum..
